Addressing fears that customers may have before they abandon their carts allows you to not only increase your chance of a conversion but may also increase the odds you’ll have a loyal and repeat customer.

In the last lesson, we talked about what to do when someone abandons their cart. In this lesson we’ll talk about things you can do to intervene before the visitor abandons their cart and some causes of cart abandonment that are fairly common across all types of e-commerce sites. By proactively addressing fears or concerns of your visitors, you can prevent cart abandonment from even occurring in the first place.
